El ceviche peruano es simple, pescado fresco, Limon, los condimentos (dependiendo del chef), rocoto (por ley, escrito en la constitucion, 😁 si no, NO es ceviche), cebolla al gusto, algunos le ponen camote al plato otros no, la cancha tostada en otro plato y su chela "helena"...... saludos, lindo el video.

The Main Reason why Peru invented ceviche 🐟 2 thousands years ago was the hyper-abundance of Fish and Seafood. The first Civilization in the the whole continent of America was established in the coastal area. Caral as 5 thousands years and even more older as Aspero of 7 thousands years. But the oldest is Huaca Prieta as 15 thousand years. That mega-abundance of fish is not known in the World, actually and is not taken as a very important reference to understand the later civilizations in the Country. Without that abundance of fish the later civilization as The Incas could probably not been possible to exist. This is because the Incas learned a lot from the previous coastal civilization as pottery and metalurgy from Mochicas, Textiles from Paracas, etc. In Simple words Peru is Fish and this has been and will be very important for us

First of all, I want to thank you, because it will help a lot of people inclusive Peruvian people like me to find a Ceviche in Miami just as good you eat in Peru.
WhenI was watching the video I just waiting your comments on Ceviche 105, because Okami did count for me; However, I have tried many times Ceviche 105 and I know it is not as good as any Classic Ceviche you eat in Lima.
So I realized you gave me an honest review.
I'll try for the first time a Ceviche in La Mar very soon , and I'll write my honest review.
I believe one aspect that is very important is what kind of fish and how fresh is the fish.
Until now the Closest to a Ceviche you eat in Lima , it is a Ceviche you made your own with Lenguado, Corvina or Grouper fished the same day you eat it.

Gracias, toda mi vida disfruto mi ceviche de 7 soles, de toda la vida, ahora veo su reaccion, ceviches, que no son ceviches, pero de 20 dolares pa arriba. LITERAL GRACIAS, PERO CEVICHE NO VA CON PALTA.
