Easy way to Heal and put on quick muscle
Soothing and Calm

Important: Keep the blasts going within your sore muscles and keep it soothing and relaxing. Don't overheal too much and control it

1.start standing up and in comfortable position.
2. Look for the most sore muscle you have. Focus on it.
3.start slowly warming up the body. Do actions that would start healing that sore muscle. Try to activate the healing functions. Your body should start doing healing clicks. Like when you click your neck but instead in a healing soothing, relaxing, regenerative,enlightenment feeling or you can go the other way if that helps

Here are some exercises

Head Tilt: ear to left shoulder, ear to right shoulder; keep shoulders down. ...
Chin Up & Down: shoulders relaxed, drop chin to chest, then lift chin to. Keep rolling around and looking for points to trigger healing functions..
Shoulder Rolls: roll the shoulders backwards 10 times; roll the shoulders try to trigger healing functions
Arm Circles: arms stretched out wide; small & big circles, forward and back.
Chicken wings:flap your arms like a chicken and also add in neck exercises with that
Toe circles that go towards healing and regeneration

ANY OTHER EXERCISE YOU CAN FIND. Google whatever muscles hurt and ask google what warm up exercises are good. We are looking for warm up exercises. Warm up are good because it increases blood flow and gets oxygen flowing.

Using my techniques by activating the functions of soothing and relaxing will put you on a path of never before seen.

4. You should feel your muscles start clicking and are noow going into a healing state and finding that healing state. Soothing and relaxing. Get those soothing functions going get rejuvenated.

5.Try to find the Light inside you or the Darkness inside you if that helps too. I am activating your spiritual energy doing this exercise. Calmness and soothing

6.Try to activate more functions that will help your journey. Soothing and calmness. Use your mind to activate your exercises and get that healing going

7. Warm down and stretch. Look for sore connected muscles to your sore muscle and use these techniques to reduce more swelling. Look for the soothing functions

These exercises are easy to do and only requires a small amount of research to complete. Use Google to find more exercises.

Hey guys just looking for some suggestions, I want to get more into rock but don't really know what or who I'll like. I have been more into rap/grime in the last several years with Bring Me The Horizon being the only rock band because I have always loved them. I also used to be obsessed with Sleeping With Sirens and still listen to them but don't keep up to date all the time not like I do with Bring Me. I also like bands/artists like Falling In Reverse, Escape The Fate, You Me At Six, Pvris, Nothing Nowhere and Panic. Here's the thing my Mrs is a proper Deathcore/Death metal fan and loves heavier stuff like In Flames, Arch Enemy and Amon Amarth, tbh I don't like it and I don't think I will for a while or possibly never which is fine, I simply can't understand it and that takes the enjoyment away for me, I like the guitar and drums sometimes but the vocals are too much. I think I like some metalcore/post-hardcore as long as there are some clean vocals, I don't mind screams and growls, but continuous death growling fries me. I found the Amity Affliction lately and quite like them, they seem the perfect balance of everything for me. So any suggestions will be appreciated. Oh ye I've subbed now, loving this band atm :)

I will always remember showing this music video to my dad when I was 17-18 a couple days later he picks me up and is blasting the CD in the car. Saw them twice with him and everyone at the shows took him over being like “yo my dad is here this is so sick” always remember guys buying him drinks, hanging out around us and how cool I felt to have my dad a guy in his 50s be at the shows with me and loves the music too
