The itchy eye area could be from your retinol. I thought mine was allergies too but I think it was from increasing my retinol % too fast or using too often. Hope yours has eased off

I would love to see you try Sunset Makeup’s regular foundation, primer, and setting powder. (They also have a ton of colorful ones). They claim to be quite transfer proof and long lasting.

Shan! I have a severe allergy to fragrance and this is the exact foundation I’ve been searching for! Normally I use the Mcobeauty flawless filter but i wanted something slightly less dewy and a lil more coverage. Thank you so much for doing a first impression on this, I’ve just bought it 😅 I wish more brands would come out with fragrance free products/ranges

Use dawn dish soap and scrub a little to get the foundation stain out of your shirt! Let it set for a little but Then put it in the washer(you can spray a stain remover too before you throw it in the washer)

I just looked at the shade range and I'm genuinely shocked and pleased there are some super pale shades that look neutral! I might actually go into town tomorrow and hit up Sephora to look at the testers. Honestly, to my eye it doesn't even look bad on the dry patches. I appreciate that you actually show us how it wears over the day, too.

Thanks for reviewing this! I wonder how it would hold up against oils if the powder that it came with was used on the full face because you did mention that under the eyes it looked beautiful - which was where the brands powder was used.

Watching quite a lot of reviews on this foundation, the one thing i hear quite a lot of is how common this foundation shows up texture. I dont think it's your Mac Highlighter shan. Going off reviews, it'll most likely be the foundation. Even though your skin looks AMAZING, i dont think that easy blur is full coverage, in my opinion. Maybe the hype was a little too hyped 😅 But it does look pretty. ❤

Funnily enough 'milk thistle' (or sows thistle) is the English name for puha. It's such a great plant for so many reasons. Great to eat and has a lot of medicinal benefits (Rongoā Māori). 👀

My skin definitely is impacted by hayfever and allergies! One day a super gentle product that works for me will just suddenly make my skin feel insanely itchy and the next day it's fine again when my allergies are more under control. Especially around my eyes!
