Sarah Boone's Farm is such a liar, again. If she was just going to the police station to pick up her phone at the window, then why did she write a list of questions to ask the detectives? If she did make a phone call, and was it 10:00 am or pm? And there would be a record of that call on Brian's phone and the detective's phone as well. It's another Boone fabrication or vision from alcohol poisoning. If the detectives lied to her to get her to come to the station, then that is perfectly legal. Police are allowed to lie in order to protect the community. I remember a time where the police sent fake winning notices to criminal;s with warrants, telling them they had won a new big screen TV. 90% of them showed up and were arrested! Have you ever been lied to by a cop for him/her to cover their asses?

And by the way, as a Paramedic for years. Sarah absolutely did not do one minute of CPR for Jorge. I have listened to the 911 call many times. Her respiration rate doesn't change, you can't do compression's with one hand holding a phone to your ear. You can tell when someone is on speaker phone exerting themselves. I can say that the reason why her attorney is so, seemingly unexperienced is because he's a public defender she's not paying him anything, unfortunately this is how public defenders are, their public defenders for a reason, and I personally can attest to the fact because I have had public defenders and I've had private attorneys you get a better defense with a paid attorney. I personally had an experience when I was at 24-hour Court in Florida where the state was trying to set my bond at 25,000. I got up in front of the judge and I told the public defender to tell him that I was a residence there, I was a full-time student there, and I really had no record and wasn't a Flight Risk, this is something that I had to tell the public defender because of his inexperience. Luckily I did speak up for myself because the judge then set my bond at $10,000 and I was able to get out. But yeah if you get in trouble make sure you have money for a paid attorney

But given they only just took her phone, on what planet would they have been ready to give it back? This is the day Jorge was found remember. They came somewhat late because the first responders hadn't contacted them. So - literally, just took her phone.

I think the alcohol question is a trick question. If alcohol did affect her then her recollection may not be trustworthy. If alcohol didnt affect her then she had a clear mind and would not be likely to be coerced or tricked.

Det should definitely not have had his firearm on in the interrogation room. Far too dangerous and definitely against protocol! Too many times the gun has been taken by a suspect.
