document automation forgets previous trained field as soon as new invoice get trained in same instance. even after training 15 times. not getting the desired output

Is there a model for classifying documents? If I receive an email with a document of uncertain type, could be an invoice or statement, or purchase order, how can I determine which model to use for classification?
