Eventide Mixing Link Mic Pre w/FX Loop

do the vocal and instrument inputs have their own separate fx loops potentially or is it only ultimately the vocal input? also, ive seen a few reviews mentioning the unit to be noisy/hissey - did you notice anything like that?

Can i blend a mic and inst signal into a DI box with this pedal? Say i wanna mic my bass cab but also have a direct line from my bass without asking FOH an additional XLR for a mic. Its very weird that i go into a gig and i can mic my cab

Can it handle an SM7B without noise and plenty of headroom?

Do the effect trails persist after switching off the loop?
