Sir am basically from bihar my home town, but from past 15 to 18 yrs I live in odisha and I want to prepare for upsc from odisha, to sir mujhe doubt ye hai ki kya mains exam me odia as a regional language main mujhe koi paper bhi dena hoga kya kya regional language mains exam main kahin pe bhi compulsory hai. Sir mujhe odia likhne padhne bolne tak nahi aata.... pls reply
