My biggest financial mistake was selling my second home. It was in a stable, middle-class neighborhood. I thought that the property and the neighborhood would decline over time. Whoa. Was I wrong. The neighborhood continues to look good and the housing prices have increased over time.

What I learned people lie and miss lead you when bidding on a property like claiming its a cash deal and change it to finance later and real estates agent will try and tell you long term the market will always go up when they dont know them self's but need to keep you buying to make their commissions

Would you buy a no purposely build and no conforming but legal 4 plex as your first property if you were starting out today ? Or you will go with a simple single family home
