The Sinking City is an adventure and investigation game set in an open world inspired by the universe of H.P. Lovecraft, the master of Horror. The half-submerged city of Oakmont is gripped by supernatural forces. It's a nice game that I enjoy but the only downfall I have with this game is this game doesn't give you no directions to go to the place for the missions you need to do!
Which I ended up having to watch a full playthrough to play the game! since I was so lost!

I think IMdB may have gotten the cast wrong. Firstly they don't every voice actor/character in the game and the ones they do don't seem correct. For example they have Xander Mobeus listed as Robert Throgmortan's voice, however listening through his and Charles, I can tell you Xander voices the latter. For reference, Xander is also the voice of Aoi Todo and Toge Inumaki in Jujutsu Kaisen and Bazz B and Quilge Oppue in Bleach TYBW, the latter does have a British accent like Robert, but is nowhere near that deep. I've tried looking up the credits the game shows and non show the voice cast, not sure why. If I had to take a crack at who voices Robert, he sounds quite a lot like Niel Kaplan, who voices Madara Uchiha in Naruto, who other than the accent, sounds identical to Robert. I'm pretty sure Allegra Clarke is also the voice of Anna. Let me know what you guys think, or if anyone can correct me than let me know

That game actually seems very decent. Not sure where I heard it wasn't too good, but I beg to differ.

I’m going to guess this refers to Cthulhu, creature of nightmares and insanity.

This game is intriguing but there seems to be no explanation for how Charles Reed is able to view events of the past and the dialogue from there during his investigations. Is he supposed to be having "visions" in these cases of past events when he goes to their location?

wow, really encapsulates the essence of a lovecraft book with the way it makes all the black people look like the same person...ya know, the inherent racism. seriously wtf? they all have the same model just with different clothes and hair, yet not all, but most of the white characters are clearly different models. thats pretty fucked up man. you would think that with what computers can do these days, they could have made all the interactable characters completely different from each other.why are games still doing the same crap they've always done but just wrapping it in prettier wrapping ''erm, they may all look similar, but they all have actual hair and translucent pupils bla bla bla'' its a waste of processing power for shit that doesnt matter when the real problems lie untouched in games ofr decades. they can make a characters ears translucent so the light shines through them like say guardians of the galaxy, but the characters still clip through walls and set pieces still load their meshes in at the last possible minute so shit pops up in front of your eyes....but look at the sun go through their ears...wow.
sorry, it just pissed me off seeing the same model over and over for every black character is saw, but like i said, lovecraft books were racist as fuck too, so it couldn't be more lovecraft if it named its cat the most fucked up thing it could.

i like stuff like this and call of cthulu, but i would edit out the bits where you choose what to say so the conversations flow more like in a movie.

Interesting game it's a mix of puzzle solving skills and creepshow with a hint of planet of the apes I like it to bad it's not on ps2 systems I could go for a test drive myself thanks for sharing🤔

The dialogue is written better than the story. Some parts were really anti-climactic but seems like a decent game. The character designs were really impressive and Reed was an intriguing protagonist. And the editing in this video was really well done.
