Paying $13,000 or $18,000 for an apartment is crazy it doesn’t matter if it say penthouse it’s still an apartment style living smh 🤦🏾‍♀️ just build ya own house at this point lol 😂

This is NOT the tallest building in Dallas and you can’t see Ft Worth from it unless you can see through the Renaissance Tower next door (which is taller).

Every 1 star Google review mentions the Elevators not working and the shared amenities not being well kept. Overall good reviews

Nice tour but just a tip. You move thru the apartments way too fast. Barely enough time to get a good look at things. I don’t know if you were under a time limit but it was extremely rushed. Just a friendly tip for future videos of the same type.

Unfortunately, 1st Penthouse was very disappointing & Substandard for $13,450/mo i should be getting way more closet space. I shouldn’t feel like I’m in a dressing room at TJ MAX ! Highly unrecommended. And that’s being modest. Most I’d pay for PH 1 is about $6,000-7Kmo not 13,000

First off how is the second penthouse 4 a three bedroom? U showed a bedroom w a closet but no window? That's not a bedroom then. Also earlier u showed a room and said BC ITt has a closet it's a bedroom😅😅 bro ur a joke. It has to have a window to be a bedroom.

Girls also rent apts and have men move in with them. As well as two guys/two gals who are married or dating. I also would try not to sound so negative about the smaller units as they are gorgeous spaces. I mean if you are wanting them to rent out, I'm assuming that's the point here. Maybe only the bigger units bring in the bucks.

Those prices are ridiculous. My mortgage is $2200 for a 2000 foot house. 1 bedroom for those prices? Dumb.

I don’t like the fact that there are shared spaces with the hotel. Seems like they would get pretty crowded.

I really don't like that the gym and pool are shared with the hotel. Especially after you said 500 people a day come through.
