I feel very connected with my guides for the little stuff, parking spaces and little bits of tat and things that I love and have once expressed that desire for, even some Jay feathers I asked for! I just strayed off the path a little, quite randomly, and there at my feet were the Jay feathers that I asked for! But.... the bigger things? what I should do? what I want to do? I can never pin it down, I change my mind about directions all the time, I've done the first year of 2 different degrees, with 14 grand debt and still no degree! Direction never sticks with me. That's what I need their help with, something in me stops me listening. How do I listen for the big stuff? Thank you Sonia, I made my 2 daughters read your 'diary of a psychic' book, I wouldn't have been able to express it as well as you, and I'm so glad I did, they understand that now, and listen for their guidance. I saw a healer who told me I can pray to my guardian angel for help. I just say 'in the name of God I pray to you my beloved guardian angel' then I ask for help. Would you agree this is a good way to do it?

I love you. Sonia. I've been in back pain for some time ...and I forgot to ask my guides for their help. Last night , I asked and today I received a call from a doctor that I used to see....asking how I was...well, you can guess the rest. He told me to come in that day. My hubby drove me...and the doc said we'd start a regimen towards getting my back in better condition. Wow!! Asking is great...so is the quick responses. Even though I know this Sonia...I forgot it while I was in pain...a good time to remember. But then.....My guides Did direct me to listen to your video. A heartfelt thank you, I do send. I always sleep with the light on because of my fear of the dark based on an incident I had. The other night there was a power outage while I was asleep. When I woke up my emergency light was switched on and the light switched off at wall. I don't recall waking up and switching the light off and switching my emergency light on. I believe that my spirit guide showing me that he is around me 🙏

Could tgey help me to find a good hairdresser? I haven’t got a good haircut in three years since I moved back to my country. I judt do not get the haircut that I like. I must travel vackbto Berlin just to get my haircut in a proper way. My modest hopes is to get a nice robbed bangs. But no, tgey do not do it. I show tge photo, Ive plain, I dobeverything that they would understand what I mean - but no! Two years now, I have tried different hairdresswrs and nobe if them has done well. Yesterday I nearly cried, I was so dissappointed again. Imagine, that when I rxplain in my language to my native people who soeak my language, what I want - they do not do it, but when I was abroad and explained in English or German, they understood me. This is a sign: I must go back to Berlin. People there understood me. In my country, they do not. 😢

For some reason, four religious people came up to me. I think that this is a sign.

Sonia, I use your breathing technique with the aaah at the end to connect with my heart vibe. It’s pretty much been spot on. Recently I went for a job interview, had great vibes, felt it all falling in place. My heart didn’t give me any negative vibes, so I was absolutely perplexed when I was unsuccessful. For me the most disappointing part was that my vibes was giving me a really positive signal but it didn’t work out.

Can someone please help me understand this? As I really want to get better at reading my vibes.

It just annoys me I need to ask for every little thing... Not to mention the fact that it's cryptic. If a system like this exists, you'd think it would be a super obvious thing and you wouldn't need to ask every single time for every single little thing.

Well from my perspective we all came heare on Planet Earth having that open heart and ready to explore the world enthusiastic, curious and full of life,...and than boom 💥,your narcissistic familys, Communist school settings where all they do is to smash down your confidence, working to enrich others never for yourself, being bullied and disrespected for so long,how would you keep your heart open?!
You work on yourself tru millions of different types of meditation,from EFT , to hipnosis meditación..and all sorts.. and you gane that Power back into you.
You remember who you are all the Angels that are with you but all around you are people that are not on the same vibes.
All I need is that Soul family,pure hearted intuitive,opened and free from religions juegementals.
After thousands of all kind of meditation I can sense thoughts of people around me,I pick up on tonality of voice and body language and I pick up lots of envious and judging people.
I really want to close this chapter, with this kind of vibes..and move on and find positive, transparent and pure souls,for the future.
Only one friend to have close to me that has your kindness vibe and purity of heart would be eighnouf 😢.

Oh Sonia, I have been following you for 20 years. One day I asked for a sign and I named it, show me a dolphin. I was on holiday with my friend, we were going to a pub we went to a lot, we got diverted from the usual route as the road was closed. We went on this road and had to give way to a bus coming, I looked at the house on my left and hanging from the roof of the room with a glass front, I was looking at, was a life sized Dolphin. Amazing ❤🥰😍 xxx

Completely disagree with that. How many of us have taken the advice and on the work. And it ended up being a terrible situation. Too many fake goodie goodies in the spiritual field thinking they know what all the definition of over privilege.
