Portea - Employees Speak

I am having really bad experience with PORTEA, they are lier and they do fake commitments to their customer. On 31st March I order one oxygen concerntrater from portea for my father, who was suffering with serious lungs Infection.they charged 5000 Rent for each month and 10000 deposite, In total 15000 I deposited in their account. PORTEA said we will refund the deposit, when you will return the equipment .Unfortunately my father passed away on 24th April 2018 and I returned their equipment, they took my Account Details and assured me to transfer 10000 In 10/12 working days. I have call them and confirmed 7 times in last 1 month and they every time lie that it will be done 2mrw. Yesterday(23/may/2018) I spoke with one of their Supervisor who re assured me but again No money came in my account.
