Hallo sir
I am from Bangladesh
Sa bro
ОтветитьHolly hell, man! thank you, this is brilliant! You have no idea how thankful I am for this video. God bless you. Btw I´m also not an english native speaker and I understood just fine :) Very well done and thank you!
ОтветитьYour accent is awesome. Also, thank you for making this tutorial for us!
ОтветитьFirst of all - wow. brilliant stuff. I think it's nice to see you also flip the canvas to detect little fuckups. It gives me a lot of hope for the future :) And your English is just fine :) Better than most Americans :)
ОтветитьNo problem with the accent, i liked the disclaimer though haha. Thanks for the tutorial!
ОтветитьYour English is great, my friend! Thank you for learning English and teaching us!
Ответить💗💗💗
ОтветитьThank you, this is what I was looking for, from scratch to finish, doesn't matter if it's a almost 2 hours video, you didn't miss anything
ОтветитьThank you for this helpful tutorial. Just one question, does this o.p.a.b.t.s. organisation against protection of bad tutorial speech really exist? I dind't find it. And they are wrong. You sound French, but there are native speakers with a much more heavy accent. Please, go on publishing more tutorials like this.
Ответитьman all that just for 10 seconds 😢
ОтветитьVery good video, thanks
Ответитьi love the house flipper music, great tutorial ^^
Ответитьyour accent is cute
ОтветитьA-mazing
ОтветитьWesh frérot bien le tuto Vasy continu comme ça khey
ОтветитьThank you very much for the brush set, its tools flow so well in my paintings. Beyond that this is a great video and has helped me learn quite a few ways to speed up comic making that I was not aware of before.
ОтветитьYour English is much better than my French.
ОтветитьI hate hearing English with an accent, except for the French accent. I don't know why, but the French accent is the only one that doesn't hurt my ears :-)
ОтветитьThank you so much for your tutorials!
Ответитьhello I do not understand why on my Krita interface I do not see the cancellation fleches on the left of the screen like everyone else
ОтветитьThanx this is so helpful
Thank you for investing your time
Such a helpful tutorial! You're a lifesaver, David! I finally have a good webtoon idea in mind and working on it is pretty overwhelming to say the least, but tutorials like these really help find a good place to start.
ОтветитьWhy don't u use gradient maps
ОтветитьMan, straight out of the gate, lots of respect. Putting your passion out in the world for others to learn from while practicing a secondary language to explain an intricate process.
That kind of effort & dedication will make for outstanding content.

1. that's amazing, thanks for the tips
2. I love your accent
Hi! Thank you so much for the video, it was super informative! Just one quick question - is there anything you have to do to open up the krita comic template you used? I downloaded the zip folder and opened it up in krita, and I saw all the layers were correct (frame, sketch, etc) but it's missing the vector separations.
I was wondering if there was something I had to do to make them visible?
The ring is in her right hand, but she throws it with her left.
ОтветитьTablet opens so many ways... T_T
ОтветитьI can't begin to tell you how informative and helpful your tutorials are. I realize this is an older tutorial with Krita 3 rather than 5, but so much of its content is still really helpful since it mostly talks about the principles and approaches that make for productive drawing with Krita. Thank you for everything!
ОтветитьGood stuff 👊🏾
ОтветитьThere's so much emotion in the first panel it reminded me of childhood when I still had hope. I'm talking 29 years ago you brought back memories and the feeling I haven't had since then.
ОтветитьThank you for releasing such an excellent and rational drawing template for comics.
ОтветитьExcelente, gracias!
ОтветитьWhen i downloaded the zip and loaded it into Krita i did not have the black lines separating the different sections.
ОтветитьPerfect english, all doog buddy, well done !
ОтветитьHi David
When drawing traditionally , you do the thumbnail of a comic page , then do you use lightbox / lightable to trace for final page ? Could please tell more about your process?
Thanks, man.
ОтветитьThanks bro.
ОтветитьBest video ever if I can access the template as it doesn’t let me, do you per chance know how to fix it? Btw great english
ОтветитьThis tutorial was very classy. It has everything that a student can get inspired to start their digital artwork journey.
Thank You so much. You explained things very nicely.
This is SUPER USEFUL, David, thanks! Thinking about producing an entire page seems daunting when I struggle to do one complete painting, but this long tutorial makes it feel manageable, and helps put together all the different stages.
ОтветитьThank you for this really informative tutorial. I have a comic/graphic novel idea that's been struggling to really get going and decided I needed to use a more fine-arts-oriented software than Adobe Illustrator in my attempts. So I discovered Krita recently, downloaded it and tried it to my satisfaction. This video was the first tutorial I watched. I really appreciate that you showed your process. It convinced me that your painterly method really is the way I should go. I tend to be too graphic and technical, and my subject matter needed to become softer and warmer than just vector lines and solid shapes. I have enough skill in fine art sketching to know I can do it more like your way. And Krita just seems like an answer to prayer, so I really admire what you've done and thank you for this inspirational presentation.
ОтветитьWhat an incredible tutorial - I learned so much! Chapter 6 is amazing and exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely come back, to rewatch certain parts. Thank you so much!!
ОтветитьAbsolutely love the tutorials!! I have a tiny problem. I don't know why, but in the template i downloaded, all the layers are empty. Also the one with the grid... Is there a fix for that?
ОтветитьI'm Bangladeshi but I speak British English and can also speak Français. So as a non-native English speaker, I would like to say your English is great and it's natural. Honestly, I like this kind of accent. I'm a polyglot, so I myself sometimes mix up various accents by mistake, but it feels fun. So I think, you don't have to be sorry about your pronunciation. 😃
ОтветитьThank you so much! This helped alot!
