Hello from Ukrainian village!

Green borsch with sorrel and fire-baked eggs is the perfect outdoor lunch! The standard recipe for green borsch involves boiled eggs, but I went further and baked them in coals! The result is a very hearty and delicious green borsch that is impossible to stop eating!

Ingredients for 5 servings:
- Pork ribs - 600g
- Potato - 6 medium-sized pieces
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 5
- Sorrel - a big bundle
- Greens as desired
- Salt, pepper, spices - to taste
