Hi Dave/Alan I don’t want to sound crazy but I’ve entered a particularly busy period in life and I’ve been debating since Christmas giving up brewing selling the Grainfather and all my equipment but your vids have given me a second wind to crack on again. I do need to invest in some stuff and I’m gonna ditch all the bottles I have gathering dust and just start doing traditional ales and lagers that I know I’m good at and ditch all the adjunct brewing and oxidation sensitive stuff that I don’t have the equipment to get right. Keep up the good work guys im a long time subscriber. Cheers 🍻

Love the videos. Any chance we can have a 'start to finish' video of brewing one of the dark rock kits? I've done a few and they've all been awful so must be doing something wrong. Using a fermzilla all rounder, fermentation fridge with inkbird and closed transfer to a corny. They always come out murky with a really sweet homebrew twang.

Would you rate the Nectron kit higher than the Muntons Hazy IPA

Lads, as somebody else mentioned. Two kits in one brew is not right at all. I have tried this when somebody else brewed it correctly with some extra malt extract. It was slightly sour and very refreshing. But two tins will be far too sour.... Not a fair review really.

Blinking ell just put the Nectaron on tap in the Corney keg, Brewed with the enhancer, short Brewed to 36 pints, 2 weeks ferment 2 weeks conditioning, and it's blown me away.
It's on a par with say Ossett Brewery silver King or Welbeck Abbey Cavendish.

Hi Alan , i just ordered this dark rock nectaron - can i ask , 1 have 2 x 10L kegs , how much dextrose priming sugar would you recommend using per keg or is it best to pump with gas ? which did you do because your looks stunning
