Copart will rip you off, in N.ireland we copart members are not permitted to view the damaged cars in person, then when the vehicle is delivered and undeclared damage is found they will say "tough luck" and basically tell you to F off.....

It is difficult to get sale prices at Copart in NC. They regard that as privileged information. I'm registered with them (not dealer) and have looked at several, but haven't pulled the trigger yet...

Yeah those fees are why i haven't purchases any vehicles from the auctions.

so if you live in USA and you dont have at least a medium nice car... you are doing something really badddddd....man for 1 k here in argentina you cant buy even a use ugly chinese motorcycle...with 30k miles on it and 150 cc... thats it.... why iam saying this.. well.. you can by one of those nice mercedez and put a LS in it .. and have a super nice and well working car for the next at least 20 years...

Great video! Agreed with you about avoiding the supercars. I have had good luck with generic repos and wrecked clean title cars. They cost a little more up front and require a broker for me, but they are a lot easier to sell (I have resold most of them to the local Carmax).

The other thing I learned from you is don't let "insurance" determine what's "salvage". We're the most wasteful country in the world as insurance will pay out a loan for a scratch. Any excuse to raise premiums. That's why you see so many vehicles driving around looking like ass.
