What an ugly city! Romanian cities are very unattractive. They are full of depressing communist buildings. Some have small, well advertised, historical centres, but other than that it's all concrete monstrosities built during the systemization period. Ploiesti does not even have a historic centre! No wonder Bucharest is considered by many as the ugliest capital city in the EU! Other than the Old Town, it's all ugly Ceausescu constructions.
