Tao Te Ching #iching #book - Actual Magician Bookshelf Recommends.

Completing our recent shorts on I Ching books, here is the classic Chinese text, the Tao Te Ching, the foundational document of Taoism.

The text dates back to at least the 4th century B.C., and is an essential title in any magical library - this version is the translation by Ch’u Ta-Kao which was first published in 1937.

My edition was published by Mandala with illustrations by Willow Winston in 1985. I've had it since I was 20 and re-read it at least once a year.
