ОтветитьI know what is regenerative agriculture now, my parents are going to be so proud of me! Thank you❤😊
ОтветитьFor this to provide enough food for everyone, our population also has to be lesser
Ответить🔥
Ответитьwhy does classic agriculture tend to kill the land? i dont understand its not explained well in this video or i missed something?
ОтветитьI’m in agreement with the practices of this video. However where I start to ask questions about this is about practicability. How many people can you feed on an acre compared to conventional? What is the market offering for these decisions? I was listening to joe Rogan and they had that famous regen farmer on. Joe asked if this farming method would feed everyone. And the farmer answered that they’re shouldn’t be this many people anyways. I’m sorry but that’s a horrible answer if you’re trying to state your case.
ОтветитьWith no-till method, how are all your food plants supposed to establish themselves when other grass and weed plants are already established?
Ответитьexcellent video !!! Thank you! I try to include these concepts and ideas in my videos as much as possible :)
ОтветитьCheer~~~the science or practice of farming, including cultivation of the soil for the growing of crops and the rearing of animals to provide food, wool, and other products.
Ответитьwould anyone like to have a discussion on how a conventional farm can change their practices into a regenerative farm? Whilst it is good for any local environment a lot of farms are chained by having to keep up with constant demands from supermarkets, most if not all the risks are placed on the farmers, not the corporations. Are there ways to better incentivize farms to change and not think too harshly about risks?
ОтветитьAwesome simplified breakdown of regeneratie farming. Thanks a lot, Jimi. I'm hoping to get others on board to start a regenerative community. This serves as a great introductory video to inspire others that it is possible.
ОтветитьI also don’t understand why the governments couldn’t add food waste bins and do something akin to industrial-scale composting and use that compost as a fertilizer. I’m sure it’d be pretty expensive, but I’ve never even heard it talked about. Are there reasons I’m missing that that can’t happen?
ОтветитьU won’t see this on CBC Canadians
ОтветитьĐất nước phát triển có khác.
ОтветитьPart from the unnecesary and stupid criticism of organic agriculture that "it does more harm than good" when all the evidence (carbon capture, biodiversity, soil health) says the opposite, this is interesting. Perhaps the regenerative crew would like to have third party validation? Organic is a guarantee. "Regenerative" is what people call themselves with no validation from any inspection and certification. There is a risk that it can be just the faecal production of a male cow. If it is certified then it fits with organic principles.
ОтветитьVideo depicts some misinformation about agriculture. Methane contribution is not from cow farts (like video shows) but from cow's belching. Cows eating high grain diets are the ones contributing the most. Cows are only environmentally destructive if the farmer isn't practicing sustainable practices.
Ответитьthere lies the futur of humanity
ОтветитьDoes it work?
ОтветитьWell done, mate! Amazing didactic material on one of the (if not THE) most important topic these days! Shine on!
Ответитьthe images at the beginning of this video are a little misleading: you illustrate "conventional" as having pesticides and "organic" as being hoed, but organic farming DOES use pesticides just like conventional agriculture. Organic farming requires not using synthetic fertilizers/pesticides but you can certainly use some types.
ОтветитьAwesome video, restored my ambition to start my farming
ОтветитьOur Mom taught Me organic composting in 1965, in 2018, we buried Her at a nearby Organic burial ground, I never imagined decades ago that someday We would be giving Her back to Mother Earth 🌎
Ответитьwith out using chemicals
Ответитьwhat about like organisms which are harmfull to crops how would you go about getting rid of them
ОтветитьNo not even organic Rocky.
ОтветитьRegenerative agri is a Rockefeller term which has replaced the real term for this sort of farming which was not part of the climate change propaganda and not pushing UN's sustainable lies and pushing that organic is not good.
ОтветитьAnd there's renewable MONKEY grazing, so yo drop the guys who made this video and gave the voice to eat raw plants, ordering in steps instead playing walls to allow plants to regenerate, then you milk them every day and finally chop their monkey heads to make a family brain burguer party, replacing them with other retarded infographics makers
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьRegenerative agriculture or simply “ farming” was done 100 yrs ago . . This is not new and will never produce a yield like modern farming. IT is subject to local pests . . Regenerative agriculture is what happens when you smoke way too much pot and graduate with a gender friendly feminist critical farm studies degree .
Ответитьlets hope enough land is still owned by individuals that can see these benefits and change how they farm. The nations food supply depends on them stopping oligarch greed driven short term profit margin thinking and focussing on the long term national food supply.
Ответитьbuffalo are smarter grazers. not bred to stand still and eat every bit of grass that will starve themselves like cattle.
ОтветитьAnd what if we use not chemical fertilizer but bio "organic" fertilizer?
If the animals are kept together like in nature, wouldn't that make the productivity of the cows slower and much less? I mean this big farms with millions of cows how you propose to make them on small groups and separate the land on small chunks and wait till the grass is grown again? Facilities will lose money, it will make the production more money, and at the end the consumer will be ungrateful for the higher price of the stock that he buys. Not to mention the stake/share holders for this big companies that want to grow bigger and bigger and get more money.
This knowledge is very useful. I want to use your video with Vietnamese subtitles to share to the farmers in our country for non-profit purposes. If there are any copyright issues please contact me. Thank you very much
ОтветитьAmazing...the UN zealots put a "climate change" banner on this video when in fact, this video offers a great solution to PROTECT the environment and FEED us/our animals.
ОтветитьClimate change is a huge hoax
ОтветитьWhat if one creates a bonsai comprising all the 7 layers?
ОтветитьVery nicely explained. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you for useful information but i have one doubt i.e u said that no till farming should be done . Why we should not do till farming with bullck carts .
Ответитьhow did ancient farmers plant the seeds without modern machinery/tools ?
ОтветитьLesson: never tear up the ground with a hoe; use plant roots instead
ОтветитьI want to do all 3, but the federal government makes that impossible for the average person 😭
ОтветитьThis is truly an excellent video and I shared it widely. Thank you!
Just one comment: your definition of agroforestry is perhaps a bit narrow (what you are describing is syntropic agroforestry, a powerful subset of the wider set of practices whose easiest iterations are simple lines of trees in arable fields, or animals browsing in orchards).
Really fantastic work!
ОтветитьLmao the UN climate change disclaimer 😂 they don't like this idea
Ответитьi see a trend with your videos, humans are eccologically devostating
Ответитьits very informative video and very easy to understand about regenerative agriculture and its importance ❤ Thank you for your effort to make this beautiful animated video... Keep posted other related videos through your channel, that will be very helpful for many peoples ..
Ответитьgreat content TY!
