Purchased this and it cuts-off within 30 seconds out of the box. Followed the troubleshooting tips switched outlets still cuts out right away. Left a review on their site and they deleted it. Support hangs up on you and lies so make sure you record your calls with them

what if the filter is clogged so much with dust and bacteria or getting rusted

The most useless customer service! My device is under warranty and it’s still not being replaced! I have to go between your call centre, WhAtsApp Team and your engineers and they are all pretty unhelpful

My device is malfunctioning and if it’s under warranty it should be replaced or I should be given a refund. I paid £300 for it and it’s pretty useless to me! Never buying from dyson again

how is this different than drying w a regular hair dryer?

My Dyson hair dryer stopped working after 2.5 years (yes, I cleaned the filter). I took it into a local Dyson repair shop and they won't fix it because I removed the tag (that was an eyesore) with the serial number on it. So I'm out $600. They said they could sell me another one for a discount....sign. I'll never buy a Dyson again. I expect better service out of a premium brand. It's clearly a Dyson product. Not sure why the serial number is critical. Apple will work on any Apple product without a serial number. Not to mention the frustration of a $600 hair dryer failing shortly after the warranty period.
