One of the coolest things that I've learned since being with Shemeika is that she just has a ability and eye for detail that a lot of other people don't have. For example, this past listing that we had, it was on the market previously and didn't sell. It was kind of run-down and so they offered it to Shemeika to try again, and so it actually sold within 10 days. Which is amazing. She totally like hired people to fix up the whole outside, had people stage it, it looked beautiful. I hosted her open house and people would come in and they're all, "Oh my Gosh, did you guys just "redo the whole floors?" "And did you repaint, everything looks so much better." Then we also we have a videographer come out and shoot a really cool video. Shemeika's a fun, quirky personality, so she jumped into Seacliff Beach in her dress. And that video went pretty big and so many realtors came to check it out because of that video. They mentioned, "I saw her jump in the ocean in a dress and I had to come check out the house, 'cause Shemeika's "just hilarious, ya know?" And so that was really cool that it got that much attention and buzz, just from that video. And then when they came to see it in person, they're like, "Oh my gosh, this looks amazing compared to last time." She has such a knack for using technology and doing things that are gonna improve the quality of the house, so that way when people come and see it, it looks amazing and they can see themselves living there too.
