Love the hard work! Keep up the great detail too. It’s the little adjustments made consistently over time that reap the best rewards
Ответитьlegend!
ОтветитьYou should try to start doing podcasts with other people who specialize in exercise science. I think it'd be a great way to further you own understanding as well as promoting the ability for people to fix themselves.
ОтветитьGreat video i have completely stopped using my kneebrace when playing sports because of them which would u say are best for that
Ответить❤this is it y'all this is the truth
ОтветитьThank you, Ben, for all the effort that you have put into this, for us.
ОтветитьSuper!!! Thanks!!! 🙏🙏🙏
ОтветитьThanks for everything you do. I am four weeks post hip replacement and ortho said left knee needs done next. Just wondering if you have arthritis in either of your knees? Hoping to avoid knee surgery and going to give your system a go.
ОтветитьThis guy is the very best at his job
ОтветитьPerfect body!! No homo!
ОтветитьHello I’m a 16 year old. I play baseball at the highest level as a pitcher. I have had constant left knee pain for over a year now. It overall just fells weak and is painful in any bending motion but the worst thing of all of it is if I perform any activity like pitching, running, shooting hoops, or weight training it take days to weeks to recover. the day after I pitch I literally can barely bend it. I have had both negative MRI and X-ray scans and have tried lots of different things including taking multiple months off but nothing seems to help. I came across your channel and it seems what you do is a little different from everything else. Do you think one of your online knee programs would be a good fit for me, if so which one?
ОтветитьPlayed basketball all my life and had knee pain right on top of knee near quad.
Did a lot of resistance bands, backwards walking on treadmill and a lot of your stretches and it went away.
How did you build the quad size and strength when you were in your initial days? Sled builds quads size or just knee blood flow? Because I can't really bear my own bodyweight on bent knee position so I really can't do strength stuff. How did you overcome??? Please help
ОтветитьGreat videos. Would this work also for grade 4 knee cartilage degeneration(osteoarthritis)?
ОтветитьUnreal mate
ОтветитьThis is an amazing channel , thank you. Do you have any info/ videos on arms and shoulders for arthritis/ bursitis?
ОтветитьI have started to walk backwards with ascent on the threadmill.
I think it actually have started to help my bad knees.
And I have a question: isn't this very similar to do short motion range leg extension in machine?
I WANT TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL AGAIN! Starting your process.
ОтветитьDoes doing reverse bike pedaling (with resistance) do the same as backward sled drag or backwards treadmill?
Ответить❤🙏
ОтветитьTwo years ago there were 3 teenagers who were filming and laughing at me from the back off the gym for using the treadmill backwards. Still on the journey of making these goofy, but not really, exercises mainstream. When ATG splits squats are as popular as bench press, mission success!
ОтветитьKudos Ben, you are a god to people with knee issues!
Ответить😮❤
ОтветитьI love these longer versions with the context! thank you!!
ОтветитьHow frequently do you recommend working through the leg training session each week? If the soreness is minimal. 2-3x a week vs a typical “leg day” 1x a week. Thanks for all the advice!
ОтветитьWhen what about pelvic tilt many people facing this
What is the exact exercise for pelvic tilt
Your videos give people hope. Laying here recovering from a 4 knee surgeries this year with another on the horizon. im hoping to be able to sign up and get this knee going later this year.
ОтветитьIt’s weird, I can do a lot of these exercises…split squats, regular squats, calf raises. Hell I can evenly slightly do the sissy squat that you do at the end of a dunk all without pain. In fact it all usually feels pretty good. But just simply standing in place or walking is where my knees bother me. Do you have any tips for that?
Ответитьgreat video!!
ОтветитьFor the backward walk, I have no equipment but i do it playing tug with my dog. Thr dog is happy about it, I get good resistance from this Labrador - husky and those 10 minutes are alot less boring
ОтветитьTalking about how backwards walking was the turning point, and how you never WENT BACK was absolute gold. :)
ОтветитьWhat happened to the saturno collab video
Ответитьi’ve been watching your content for years now, same information seems to never get old
ОтветитьAt this point, I expect the whole Knees Family to show up in Marvel superhero suits. This dude ALWAYS comes through 💯🤘🏾🦿🦿
ОтветитьIs there any support for Reverse Engineer Hip pain/damage? I have a torn labrum & FAI hip impingement and I am trying to return to my sport of Hockey. I'd also like to strengthen and increase mobility but need to solve the damage first!
ОтветитьCan anyone with knee pain practice these exercises?
What tips for people with knee pain?
As someone who’s had acl reconstruction and now confirmed acl rupture for third on same knee along with meniscus damage , is it possible to get back to sport with a stable knee without surgery ?
ОтветитьAmazing content. This type of video makes me feel that I was in a session one on one with you. Thank you Ben.
ОтветитьWould I do the split squat before the poliquin step up or vise versa
ОтветитьHey, is it possible to create a video covering a way to train the abs to develop a six-pack when dealing with APT?
Almost all the exercises, when trying to do direct ab training results in lower back pain or tightness which is a problem.
I have just started incorporating back extensions and y-raises to improve mobility but still want some advice on getting abs that pop and not make me look like Donald Duck.
Thank you so much 😭💝
ОтветитьCool to see the KOT squat make its return
ОтветитьPlease give this guy a like and subscribe they do a really good job.
ОтветитьWhat about the issue of doing all of these rehab workouts for knees and hips and lower back and not having enough time to also train your upper body ? How do we do both?
ОтветитьMy boy legs looking incredible hulky
ОтветитьI love your videos, all information, no wasted time. Keeps you engaged.👏
ОтветитьI hope this helps my MCL, I’ve been having issues with a weak MCL and these have helped strengthened it a little and I hope to keep seeing improvement, thank you so so much for posting these videos! :)
