Can you add a 12V DC Bell to be triggered by the access hub?

IMHO, you can't say you support ONVIF if you don't use the entire base specification and instead use a partial implementation. You mentioned a slow transition over time, which sounds great in theory, but without BASIC events there is no point even starting a migration as it would cripple the entire security of the facility in question.
