does this SFP has its own web GUI, and command lone interface were we can modify the serial number and the mac?

I just purchased a V-SOL V2801F SFP Module and a Mikrotik RB760iGS.
All latest firmware and packages on RouterBoard (Mikrotik), but when i plug the SFP, funny things happen.
I can see Link-On and Rate 1G status when i plug the fiber into the sfp port.
I can see other Neighbors (IP->Neighbors) that are on the same OLT as me. (That tells me that SFP Works)
I can't see any other parameters like voltage, temperature, signal dbm, brand, version, mac address etc!
I have created VLAN for tagged packets on SFP port and PPPoE in it, but it doesnt work. PPPoE Scan doesn't show anything.
When i do "/interface ethernet monitor sfp1" it shows the checksum eprom error like this:

Does this SFP support telnet / ssh / Web GuI to change paramters?
How to get this SFP working correctly.
TX/RX counts when i plug the fiber in, on VLan attached to it also.

I have access to OLT, and on the OLT side it shows the ONU as Powered OFF (not connected)...

Where can I buy this GPON? I'm trying to buy to ship to Spain bay I can't.

I want to buy this in Kolkata, India. From where, i can purchase it??
