I’ve fasted a lot over the yrs, 72 hrs, 7 days, 2 weeks and these was back to back. I would fast eat and continue back fasting. NO FOOD, NO JUICE straight water with lemon juice in it. I lost 103 lbs in 5 months. My energy was through the roof but come on bro bro. A month of “dry” fasting is near to impossible but if you say so.
