7 Reasons Why Not to Move to Miami, Florida

Those that live here, not on Miami Beach, do not go there for the beach. Most I know either drive over to Naples/fort myers or drive up 95 to the palm beaches. Parking here anywhere you go is lousy and if you want close you have to pay. Roads here are all in bad shape and no major highway goes east west except dolphin(836) and that is a toll road. Getting around the area is not easy even with a car. If you don’t have a car I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Dude, have you ever BEEN to Miami?! This vids is a crock of sh*t! I live in Miami and have my whole life. First off, there is not such an abundance of alligators, snakes and mosquitos that they are in every home (as you put it). You made it sound like there are gators and snakes running the streets. That is laughably false. As for the urban sprawl, that is one of the reasons WHY people are moving here. EXPANSION. I think the only things you got right were the cost of living (not the amounts you mentioned, they were wrong, too. WAY WRONG), and the heat. Living here is not as cheap as you made it sound even though you tried to say it was expensive to live here. It IS expensive here, but mostly because of insurance and taxes. No one here can live and survive on $100 a month on gas because the traffic is so bad that most of it gets eaten up IN traffic. I was gonna watch some of your other vids but the inaccuracy of this one has shown that there is little credibility in the others.

Miami a dubai wanna be, hawaii is better , even though hawaii is also expensive

I would only recommend Miami or Florida in general if you are either super wealthy either you have any health related degree or if you are a real estate agent with a lot of ambition oh and also insurance brokers too.

I couldn’t agree more with this video, I’ve just moved to Miami from Pennsylvania. I feel like i felt into a trap, and I can’t wait to move back to Pennsylvania or any other east coast State.
