1 thing people ignore is the seevice industries and how the workers are holding up. Cause right now the economy is bad when customers cant even afford to tip service workers $5 in waiting and food delivery.

Before inflation hit, everything was going pretty well. Once the high levels of inflation hit, the food service industry has been swirling down the toilet. Delivery drivers have left on mass to find new work because customers cant afford to tip drivers because costs have gone up so much. You cant even work food elivery service as a side hustle anymore as it costs more than you make.

A good econony means people have the excess cash or pocket change to tip delivery drivers or waiting staff after being provided goid service. and if peiple cant find the pocket change but will still order food, means the economy isnt in goid shape.

On the first topic, if you think conventional indicators are good indicators:

Their is absolutely no coherent way to argue that the US economy is not doing fantastic.

In comparative sense, in cycle sense, in directional sense, etc... It's one of the best economic health report we have had in a very long time. Arguably the best ever. (Only arguably)

All that being said, I doubt the economy is doing that great. I'm a critic of our indicators. I'm not gonna pretend I'm not to score political points.

I don't need a specific job's report to argue that Biden's legal infrastructure for employment is better than Trump's.
