So, I'm about to start learning this for the sake of my music minor, and I got to thinking about what kind of imagery this invokes in me.
I think of the world itself turning 90 degrees with every sudden change in style. Like one minute you're on the ground observing all this life and existing with nature, and the next you're floating past trees stuck to the wall that was once the ground you stood on.

I remember Leonard Bernstein saying in a video about the Beatles that 95% of rock was garbage but that some of the Beatles works were truly innovative. In my humble opinion he was wrong. From my point of view 99% of every musical genre is garbage but each has its gems. And with some composers having more than their share of gems. I just discovered your channel. You are awesome! I love this piece. Ps. To me… a gem is something I could listen to for hours and hours in repetition and not get bored. I could for this piece of yours. I once flew an eight hour flight to Sydney listening to Petula Clark’s I could never live without your love continuously on my iPod classic. And just the same I have listened to Stravinsky’s Eight Instrumental Miniatures for hours on end repeatedly in the dark. Thank you for your contributions!
