I thought the way you were building it up, that the place had an elevator. I recall one of their three floor models, ooooo many years ago with that option. I do like their 3 to 4 floor models. I believe America West was bought by Pulte. The one thing AW excels at is the ample storage. I don't know why I like this model, but heck, I like it.
You confirmed what heard about Pulte buying AW.

I have found that some of AW's models are so big, they run out of furniture.

The compression on this video is horrific. Also, the ground level floor is the ground floor, the one above it is the first floor. This is why lifts go from G to 1 and up, with basement levels marked B(N).

Loved that house the only thing I would upgrade is that carpet for hardwood floors. I have to mention that when I watch you tour of these homes you make me feel very relaxed. The way you show these homes is like water. I enjoy your humor and your honesty. You seem to be a cool guy who loves rock n roll just like me. Right on man.

The TV Nook on most new homes is frustrating because they're too small to accommodate a 65" Flat Screen (which is becoming the default size for living rooms)

Nice multi-level living. I thought some of that storage was a possible elevator option. Nice touch with the full island seating (for 8 comfortably). Yeah, OCD on the dining area chairs, too. Your panning and minimal talking allow each room or space to speak for itself. Could you mention schools and neighborhood resources? Great for a young family. Nice humor, too. Great job.

No elevator is pretty lame, and ceilings are too low. They crammed to many floors in this house could have went with two stories with epic high ceilings instead, and bigger spaces, open floor plan with some upgrades. High ceilings would also make it look bigger and more spacious than it is. Odd floor plan.
