Jay Thakkar is an Indian Film and Television Actor working in the Film industry since 2004. This year, 2024 marks his 20th Anniversary in Bollywood and its been 20 years in the Indian Film Industry. He has shot for over 400+ Ad Films, 50+ TV Shows, 10+ Web Series, 15+ Feature Films, and much more. He is popularly known for his spin thrilling performances on Jio Cinema's "UP65" as Mohit MAHRAJ BRO, as BUNTY MIYAAN from Sony TV's ‘EK DUJEY KE VAASTE-2’, as ‘BAKRI’ from ‘LAAKHON MEIN EK’ on Amazon Prime Video, as CHEEKU from ‘GUTURGU- India’s 1st Silent Comedy Show’ on Sony Sab TV, as ‘SHETHJI’ from ‘LAAGI TUJHSE LAGAN’ on Viacom 18 – COLORS Channel, and as ‘HAPPY SINGH’ from ‘GHAR KI BAAT HAI’ show & “ISHAAN” by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment on NDTV Imagine & Disney Channel. He has also appeared in HOLLYWOOD RUSSIAN MOVIE – ‘RODINA’ where he was playing a primary character as ‘Ramish’ in the entire Film. Besides his passion for acting, he is a 12th HSC Maharashtra Board Topper, A Post Graduate in Mass Media Marketing and Advertising, Fitness Enthusiast, Fashion and Lifestyle Influencer.

Apparently, he is shooting for a Feature Film in primary casts with the Golmaal Superstars - Shreyas Talpade & Tushar Kapoor, which will be released this year in 2024.

Apart from this, he will also be seen in Sony Liv's upcoming show- ADRISHYAM with Divyanka Tripathi where you'll be seeing him playing a PSYCHOPATHIC Terrorist Villain.

He will also be seen in the upcoming TVF's & Sony Liv's Originals Web Series- "GULLAK SEASON-4" as a new funky character introduced to entertain us all.
