Growing up I used to watch this show and think “oh when I grow up me and my 5 other friends are all going to have great jobs, apartments, and have the same time off and make jokes at a coffee shop every day after work. Now I’m and adult working 60-70 hours a week never get to see me 3 friends and work overtime to just be able to survive in a big city. And my local coffee shop is infested with violent mentally ill homeless people, who are really the only “friends” I see working night shifts.

Julie was perfect for Ross, she was a scientist, she had the same interests as Ross and didn't make fun of him. Rachel was never right for Ross, they had nothing in common.

I'm so glad my parents never lied to me about the death of our pets.. there was never "they went to a farm".. They were straight up honest, because they believed that honesty was probably the best solution over lying about it.. They taught us at an early age death is a part of life, it sucks, but it happens and you get through it.
