I don't want to run an influencer program, do I still need a team? I just want to promote my book through an online influencer every now and then. But I still don't know how this influencer marketing works, is there a certain etiquette one must follow? I've seen people give away their product even after paying the fee for the shoutout. I feel like doing this is too thin-skin for someone who might not like the book lol but Idk to be honest

Although you didn't mention, a great way to find and meet influencers is carro. In years past biz owners needed to hire teams early and often. Today the first 10 or so staff or team workloads can be completed if owner uses AI tools effectively.
