In our world, a Fudd is a gun owner who doesn't like anyone who's into modern guns like AR-15's, semi-auto rifles, or handguns, collects guns, does tactical training, or carries a weapon for protection. They always negative about anyone who doesn't follow their mindset, they interrupt modern shooters on the range to complain about their style or type of guns, methods of shooting, or try to impose their world views. Walz is a classical "Fudd" down to his mindset, his ludicrous claims to being all knowing about guns, and obvious issues with handling guns.

Face the facts Democrats: Young men have lost hope in having a prosperous life, owning homes having a secure retirement, raising children easilly.
