Hola hermano! Mijayima it is really really beautiful. Me and my wife loved it. In fact Hiroshima prefecture is beautiful I want to go back. The weather, the mountains, the sea, it was almost perfect in September last year when we visited.
ОтветитьHello Kenchan
Thanks for the video
Cheers
I visited beautiful Miyajima for just one day last year. I’d like to go there again in the future and stay longer.
ОтветитьVery well produced video, excellent work. 👊🏽.
Ответить👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Kengo-san, this was one of your best videos for me because I was interested in Iwakuni since I have friends who live there. The castle was nice. Was surprised how modern Hiroshima was. Excellent vlog. Arigato!🌺🍍🏝🥷😎🫶🏻💕
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьI love this video Kengo-San!
Iwakuni is such a hidden gem in my opinion, definitely worthy of an overnight stay if you have the time. I had never visited until my most recent trip and will definitely come back next time.
Miyajima again is such a beautiful location, especially if you can either get there early or stay overnight to avoid the crowds. Although the climb up Mount Misen to the observatory nearly broke me the views over the Seto Sea made it all worth while.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful area of Japan with us again.
Hi! Thanks for the video, it will help me a lot since I will have a stop in Miyajima next November.
ОтветитьI enjoy your longer videos because it makes exercise more interesting. I rode my stationary bike for almost an hour. (^.^) Without your video biking is REALLY boring. (^.^) I also like your friendly style. It is like walking with a companion (not a tour guide). No lectures. Relaxed, honest, conversation. For example, you tell us when you are hot or tired or hungry which is VERY useful for planning. Those are key points to remember so that a visit is more enjoyable (due to wise preparation). (^.-) If it's a long walk uphill, that's important to know (beforehand) at my age. (^.^) Thank you for another wonderful look at Japan!
ОтветитьThat is a great video, thanks a lot for it Kengo ! I have never heard of Iwakuni before, and it looks so beautiful, scenic and untouristy. This is totally my kind of place I think !
Too bad, that you couldnt overnight on Miyajima, and that you had to rush so much there. Hopefully, in another trip, you will be able to stay there for 1-2 nights, and enjoy this beautiful island without the many many many day visitors. On my first trip to Japan, this was my first ryokan and onsen experience, and I very much enjoyed it. I love seafood, and as I stayed there for two nights, got so many amazing dishes mainly from the sea (fish, oysters, sashimi, shrimps, crab etc.). I was in seafood paradise ;-). In Hiroshima, the sites and museums related to the horrific atomic bomb dropping in WW2, are very impressive and a reminder that this will hopefully never happen again. Last year, when in Nagasaki, it was also very chilling and sad and made me so angry at the US governement of that time, for taking the decision to kill so many innocent people.
This video is so good and thank you for all the effort you have made to make this. This is so helpful and I can't wait to visit Japan ⛩️
ОтветитьAnother amazing video! Lovely shots of the scenery. Really looking forward to going to miyajima and hiroshima on my trip later this year!
I'm actually planning on staying at Rihga Royal hotel!
This was an inspiring video. I will be traveling from Kyushu back up to the Kyoto area. This would make a great stop before...and a change to get some Hiroshima okinomiyaki (hubby's favorite).
ОтветитьHi Kenchan, Thank you for the delightful and informative video of Iwakumi and Miyajima. I hope you didn't lose the key to the coin locker where you stowed your laptop and camera! You mentioned that you had regrets.
ОтветитьThank you so much for your video. I'm traveling to Hiroshima next month and Miyajima. I'm planning to walk around Hiroshima and the go to Miyajima and spend the night there. I'm thinking leaving my bigger suitcase in Osaka station. Is that possible. Thank you!
ОтветитьOh this is beautiful. I would love to visit here with the children next time.
Ответить❤ thank you loved these areas ,been to both , you give great information always love your videos ✅
ОтветитьBeautiful scenery. I felt like I was going on this journey with you! I love your peaceful and relaxed video-making style. Keep up the great work!
Great job on the hike! Beautiful as always! Can you explain a little bit about the work "yosu"? we are climbing Mount Fuji in September... how would I use it?
ОтветитьGreat video, enjoyed seeing all the places you visited on your trip
ОтветитьGreat video! Our family visited Hiroshima and Miyajima in early December 2023 and loved both. We stayed a night in a ryokan on Miyajima, and it was lovely at night and early morning. Iwakuni looks beautiful! I would love to visit there 😊.
ОтветитьIt was great to see how you visited Iwakuni and Miyajima. We learned a lot, Thank you!
ОтветитьIwakuni looks so peaceful and lovely. I'm sure the Marine would have loved to converse with you in Japanese. Maybe next time, yes?
Interesting visit to Miyajima. The views are breathtaking. Sorry you left your gear in the coin locker. Oh well, lesson learned. On hearing your heavy breathing climbing up to Mt. Misen Observatory I decided that trek is not for me. 🤣 I'm glad you walked it so I don't have to.
The hotel room wasn't at all bad for a smoking room. I don't smoke so it wouldn't have occurred to me to stay in a smoking room.
Looking forward to your next video.
I just began the video and the sound used to traverse the street is instantly made me nostalgic.
I didn't know that this famous bridge was so close to Miyajima! Interesting, i like the fact that they are a castle here, it give us more incentive to come here.
I also come to japan to eat local special food, so good to know what are available : )
I went to Miyajima twice but always in winter/early spring. It's nice to see what it look like at the end of May! I've to say that they are way more people than when i've got here but it seem alright.
I personnaly did the hike all the way from the beach to the top and go back by another route, it was amazing : ) . I agree with you, the hike is better if you come early, especialy if, like me, you didn't do much sport everyday (so you can do it at your own pace ) It really feel nostalgic to see the Misensan again.
As always, thanks for the video, i learn a lot and feel nostalgic at the same time.
PS: i like the add of some jazz you put into, it really add to the calming atmosphere of your video : )
Thank you for this series of videos Kengo, its been a great to watch and see some parts of Japan we have been lucky enough to visit and some new "hidden" places to explore in the future. And i have to congratulate you on the production of these too, your videos production quality is improving all the time! Thank you again
ОтветитьWhat time of year were you visiting in this video? Looks wonderful
ОтветитьGreat video as usual!
Definitely would love to revisit iwakuni again before going to more of yamaguchi! It was lovely in autumn when i went before pandemic.
Okonomiyaki is definitely a must eat in Hiroshima, i prefer it to the osaka version ! Thank you for bracing the crowd to let us see miyajima, i stayed there before and night time is one of the most peaceful time to see it!!
I’ll be sure to watch this one too Ken Chan looks really fun with these two and I am very interested in both!! To hear from you doing a review is the best like always!! 🤝🤝🤝
ОтветитьBrillant video! 👍Its nice to watch and I learned some things on this vid. I really appreciate your work on making this one 👍
ОтветитьHuh, last year in November there was an old lady selling the bridge tickets and I kept it as a souvenir. Now you pay on your own and get no ticket?
ОтветитьThanks for this video. We are staying at that hotel I'm Hiroshima so good to see it and adding Iwakuni to our trip!
ОтветитьI planned my first trip to Japan for April 2020 but of course I couldn’t travel :( it was including this part in the trip… I need to plan it again
