This guy lives in a fantasy world where he thinks if he keeps perpetuating the same lie for 30 years then eventually we'll all just believe it. If they had just called 911 after Burke killed her no one would even remember this case. Staging a crime scene just made his son's life even harder.

I can tell you it was 1`00% someone who knew the family, they knew how to enter the home undetected. They should ask for DNA samples from everyone who was at that xmas party the night before.

Only thing I find disturbing is the husband seemed more distraught with the death of his wife which is understandable, but not so much with his own daughter, their was no real emotion when he talks about JonBenet compared to his wife 💯💯💯

This was not a documentary. This was John Ramsey recounting how badly he was treated by police and media. John Ramsey and the director did a publicity tour together folks. Completely one sided, pointing fingers at suspects who have been cleared and omitting information that points to the Ramseys. There is only one truth in this show and that’s when the actual document that was released in 2016 shows the grand jury voted to indict on charges of “child abuse resulting in death” was used as a background shot, even though slightly blurred, you could still read it. I’m surprised they allowed that document to be shown.

I don't buy the cockamamie story about an "intruder." Doesn't make any sense at all. What "intruder" would take time to feed her pineapple and hang out in the house to write a long ransom letter? No one knows what went on in that house but I guarantee you it wasn't an intruder.

Her brother accidentally killed her when he forcefully hit her in the head with a large Maglite flashlight. There was a documentary years ago where they measured the length, width of the damage to her head. The flashlight in question was an exact fit. Burke was always mean to JonBenet. Even the housekeeper confirms that. Just a couple days before her murder, Burke spread his own feces on a box of chocolate JonBenet received as a gift. Who does that? Someone sick, that’s who. Burke said he heard commotion in the house the morning of her disappearance. His Mom even came in his room. He claims he never got curious about what was going on. He says he just stayed in bed. What nine year old hears mayhem going on around them and doesn’t investigate? When he’s interviewed by child psychologists the day after his sisters murder, he isn’t bothered in the least. No tears, no quivering lip, no emotions what so ever. It’s just weird. JonBenet was his only sibling and he’s not worried, sad, nothing! The whole garrot, paintbrush assault was a deviant cover up. Patsy and Jon made the whole thing heinous to throw off detectives. No loving parent would do such a thing to their daughter, right? These parents lost their daughter. They couldn’t loose both kids in one night. Especially, when the person who killed their daughter is mentally unstable.

Everyone is saying the parents did it or someone broke in. Both were discredited because parents DNA were tested with DNA found in her panties and somewhere else but they didn’t match. Locks and windows were never altered so no break in. I think it was someone who was already in the house during that party and used the excessive noise and movement as an opportunity to kill little Bonnet. Which is why she was found in the basement, even luring here further from the gathering at the house or my second guess it was the brother (for whatever reason, even on accident) and the parents didn’t wanna bare the loss of another child so they helped in the cover up. After a while you start believing your own lies and it’s possible Burke and the parents do have complete blockage of what happened that night.

Burke hit Jon Bonet in a fit of rage over the pineapple and the dad covered it up with the set up in the basement. I do believe Mr. Ramsey or Mrs. Ramsey was abusing these children. Both had major bathroom issues. Burke smeared his poo all over the house and he had already hit Jon Bonet hard with a golf club. Burke was never scared any of the rest of his family might get taken or hurt. He had zero concerns in his interviews shortly after it happened. He even said...I know the truth, I know what happened." Unfortunately the interviewer didn't ask him to talk about that.

I believe he is suspect # 1 and wife covered for him , but feel he possibly trafficked her and why her demise and that her brother Burke knows something.

The way the police handle this really pissed me off. How the hell you going to tell the family to search the rest of the crime scene when it hasn't been seal off and processed. Then to leave the family with with unexperienced cop and then to let the father pick her up, ruining the evidence on her. Fuck up from start to finish. I feel a cop or higher is the killer and that's why everything was done wrong and why they won't reopen it. Someone is covering it up.

He comes out of the woodwork every couple of years to persuade public opinion about his family to think their innocent They were exonerated He should just leave it at that By doing this he's opening a can of worms people start speculating again

My dad thought the killing was “accidental.” Thought one of the parents, likely her mother, was angry at her for some reason. Perhaps jonbennet witnessed a fight between her mom and dad. The parent saw her and told her to get away, then kinda of snapped from there. The parent could have hit her in the head causing jonbennet to fall down the basement stairs. When it was realized that Jonbennet was dead, actions were taken to cover it up by making it look like a homicide. That’s my dad’s theory.

We all know what happened.

If the ney sayers actually believed someone in the family committed these crimes, they would have no problem with the forensic evidence being tested and the DNA being studied for genetic genealogy. Every time they scream that the sin/father/mother did it, they convince me that they actually believe there was an intruder, but they don't want their know it all rants rubbed in their faces in the event a killer is found. I just want Linda Arndt to go through the exact hell she put the family through. She was hateful and jealous from the very start, and that is the most dangerous type of detective you can possibly have. Too many know it all cops are still screaming the person they believed committed a crime after a person was irrefutably expnerated via forensic evidence.
If you really believed the family committed these crimes, you would be the first one who would want the evidence to be tested to its fullest extent.

Problem is the DNA sample is miniscule and any testing will destroy it so they can only test it once. It's also highly likely because the underwear was new out of the packet that it belongs to a factory worker in a foreign land who won't be in any US database or genealogy site.

The Brother... I think she took some of that pineapple they found in her stomach that he was eating as a snack and he grabbed the flashlight hit her over the head and it caused extreme damage. Mom did the best she could But too many errors point to her. It's possible she totally blocked it out of her m8nd after, and never even revealed it to her husband. She may have become a totally different person after the tragedy in order to protect her youngest son. But then again it's just my opinion from everything I've read and this documentary was a complete waste of time Unless you're a firm believer the family didn't do it. 😢. Either way let the girl rest in peace. 😢

Why aren’t the police interviewing Burke, it’s not too late to solve this and put this to bed once and for all.

This documentary was solely created with the view of the Ramsey’s. If you are looking for a unbiased perspective this isn’t it.

If the parents did it, He wouldn't be pushing for them to retest dna. People want to believe a conspiracy theory so badly that common sense goes out the window.

As soon as I heard Netflix was coming out with a documentary I just knew it would be biased and in favor of the Ramseys. I still am not sure I’ll watch it.

The ransom letter is the MAIN evidence pointing to an inside job not to mention that she was found with her favorite blanket with a heart drawn in the palm of her hand (a stranger wouldn’t know or care). Not saying that they killed their daughter intentionally but IMO JB was killed by someone she knew inside that home. And I fear the she will never get justice. 💔 😢

This old chestnut again huh. We dont need fresh eyes on it. It is screamingly obvious that the 3 people insude the house were responsible for this fiasco. The book written on the case by the lead investigator and the results of the grand jury indictment spells out exactly what happened.

All the foresnsic experts, dr cyril whecht, pat brown have said that the "new dna" evidence is nothing new, its a combination of various and different TOUCH dna, not from blood, semen or saliva, and nothing but a red herring. The underwear that jonbenet had on was new, pulled out from a fresh package as can be seen in photos, so the supposedly new dna could have been an amalgamation of various dna from the point of production from China or wherever. John has been on endless publicity tours to propogate his innocence, and knows there is no other killer, so John, shut up already. Focus back on the craziest ransome note ever( who would ask for 118k only not 5 million or 10 million, from a multimillionaire worth tens of millions- his company had made over a BILLION DOLLARS IN PROFIT ALREADY at this point)from paper and pen found in the house, to both parents not giving a crap or saying anything when the ransome deadline had passed instead of FREAKING THE F OUT ( johnnwas casually sorting through his mail when the deadline had passes)John evading and refusing to meet the police for 4 months, refusing polygraph BUT GO ON A PUBLICITY TOUR ON CNN AND WHATEVER OTHER INTERVIEWS possible, and running away on his private jet to Atlanta, lawyering up and hiring publicists(WTF?), pineapple found in jonbenets stomach when she was supposedly asleep the night she came home, PREVIOUS s&x abuse, AND CALLING MULTITUDE OF FRIENDS AND PRIEST SO THAT ALL KINDS OF CARS ARE LINED UP OUTSIDE WHEN THE RANSOME NOTE SPECIFICALLY SAID THAT THEY WERE BEING WATCHED AND THAT JONBENET WOULD BE KILLED IMMEDIATELY IF THEY CALLED THE POLICE OR ANYONE ELSE, and so much more . The Ramseys threw enough money around in Boulder in order to escape justice from the corrupt legal sysyem.
