I started a keto diet a few months ago. Greatly reduced my carb and processed sugar intake. The first 10 days sucked. But after that i had way more energy that didn't come from cofee, i slept better and my overall mental health improved. Processed sugary foods are really horrible for you. And the fact that actual healthy foods are so expensive is a real crime. .

ОтветитьOkay so i just have to cut out the refined white sugar right?? Actually confused bcuz many fruits like mango contain sugar but most food groups do. I don't want to give up eating fruits so just a concern
ОтветитьCut processed sugar down drastically for 2 weeks and dropped 5lbs...likely its water retention but it seemed like a weight gainer for me. I also rarely craved it after a week. And also cut out white carbs

ОтветитьI quit sugar for 7 months straight. I felt soooo good, happy and had so much energy. It's crazy how sugar is addicting.. I had 1 ice cream like couple weeks agao and ever since I'm hooked on it .. tomorrow is the day to quit it not for 7 months but forever.. sugar is a killer

ОтветитьI have not had any sugar for 4 months, cravings are gone, completely, lost 35 lbs, doing hybrid carnivore with only sauerkraut included, I’m 54 and for the 1st time in 30 years back to what I weighed in my 20’s.
No lie, wasn’t easy at first, takes a lot discipline, but it can be done, good luck!

ОтветитьI got nows for you the opposite of that happened to me i got hyper active and hyper focused but i couldn't sleep for 3 days and every single bone and muscle in my body were in extreme pine it didn't happen immediately of course it took me 2 weeks and i didn't just stop eating sugar i stopped eating every form of it the good and bad even fruits

ОтветитьI do not have sugar in my body most of the time I may go and have something sweet maybe once every 3 to 6 months I don’t normally eat sugar or flour and by being on magnesium it seems to help me or if I am craving something sweet or chocolate I will just have unsweetened cocoa powder I go with 100% Dark chocolate, and then I add a little bit of monk fruit sugar with it and almond milk. Mind you, Monk fruit sugar is not regular sugar. It is natural. I do eat about 4 to 6 ounces worth of fruit which is dried prunes or peaches or berries that makes up for the loss sugar and it’s natural.

ОтветитьI hate to burst your bubble but almost everything in the United States has some sugars in it. To be completely rid of sugar you would definitely have to eat carrots 🥕 all day 365 days per year.

ОтветитьIncluding all fruits, carbs, and some veggies like potatoes, carrots. Seems like everything is sugar but leafy greens, coniferous veggies, some cheese and milks but yuk meant but ugh. Fish is good. And nuts and avocado. Even coconut has sugar. So my meals are fish and salad with olive oil, olives, some pumpkin seeds. Or veggie soup no potatoes, no tomatoes, no carrots. Tea and an egg with spinach for breakfast.
