I don't know why they made a fuss for Daemon to worry about his station. There is no such thing as "King Consort". Only a Prince Consort. They made the characters so petty and small minded in the show, compare to the source materials of Fire and Blood. Daemon is disloyal and just a hound in the show, in the books he's the epitome of loyalty and flaming justice.
