My Cooking Videos Number 4:Roast chicken dinner

Today I am cooking a roast chicken with home made stuffing, dauphinoise potatoes from Tesco, peas, carrots & gravy dinner.
I am trying out another new idea. Using two cameras & also a separate mic.
Then using picture in picture for the video. The only problem is somehow a section of the video has ended up with the two pictures being a fraction of a second out of sync. No matter how hard a try I do not seem to be able to correct it. Still not bad for a first attempt, though. The external mic, although a bit inhibiting with the cable, worked well, though.
