YEs sir i agree with the fact that why one would want to invest ones hard earned money to others countries where you dont know their in depth Laws. Its better to buy property in your nearby places where you can actually reach anytime. Thank you Guruji for countering this video. ОтветитьI am from delhi (moti nagar) and 200 gaj 3 bhk are selling here her 3 to 3.5 crs. Insane. My fathet bought a 135 gaj floor for 21 lakh in 2005 here. After DLF projects coming nearby there is more rise in prices.

ОтветитьSIR, it’s been 4 years m using AIRBNB with kid n it’s best n safe… n main rotiya nahi banaati. N Proper Delhi SR hu, n never wanna live in NCR coz atmosphere environment local log r on worst. Goa n Pune is good. Bangalore Gurugram n Noida is worst.

ОтветитьI think one of the biggest issues with renting a property in India is managing the tenants and getting rent on time. There is a lot of hassle associated with renting a property even in the same city like you also mentioned briefly. Based on what I have seen, in developed economies this process is pretty streamlined and regulated even thought the yield might be less but there is a lot less hassle in renting out properties in cities like Dubai or any other cities across US/Europe etc.

Rental income is 6 to 7 % after accounting for service Charges .
Interest on home loan first 3 years is 4.99 percent ( can be reduced or remain the same by changing banks post 3 years )
Capitol appreciation , rupee depreciation, quick resolution of legal matters etc etc are some of the other benefits of buying in Dubai .

Most of the land in Goa belongs to the communidade members and tgese elected chootiyas are trying to seel that communidade land to outsiders and most of the communidade cases are going on in Supreme Court ! So be aware of the chootiya builders of Goa every one has links with the ministers and you will be the looser !
