I just had my 2nd jiu jitsu class, I have no thoughts of quitting but would it be safer if I decided to just no go to the tournaments, still do sparring in my classes but all the guys I do it with seem to not have a big ego and there all very friendly people that have been taking time out on the opportunity to learn to help me get better so so far I feel good with it, only thing I could complain about is rugburns, I feel joy jitsu could greatly improve my ability to defend myself as I see that if used with the intent to destroy and opponent it is possible, in the past 2 days all we’ve learned is how to choke people out, stop people form chocking you at/break your limbs and how to break other people’s limbs in a blink of an eye, but I have a ton of fun doing it and at the mma center I do Muay Thai and boxing aswell but Nuh is by far my favorite class.
ОтветитьThanks for the video . Now I know to stay away from jiu jitsu . All credit goes to you bro . Thanks for the warning

ОтветитьGo to ONEfc, and start to challenge with Mikey or Ruotolo.
ОтветитьLots of truth in your points. However, as in any martial arts it`s about your own set of goals you have. I`m over 50, been practising Judo and JiuJitsu since I was 6 with a break for about 15 years. Since I`m 40 I love the playful rolling with my neighbour and uke who is 13 years younger. It keeps us flexible and fit.
ОтветитьThere aint no martial art without injuries 🗣🗣🔥🔥🔥

Ответитьthis doesn't sond like a joke at all. it sounds like you really do regret parts of it
ОтветитьI started training jujitsu when I was 42 and I got my ribs cracked four times just from them doing pressure on my chest. I don’t do jujitsu no more because I work and I had to take work off every time that happened at least two weeks and it’s hard to breathe, lotta ego in these classes
ОтветитьHaha :)
The point of ego is good though.

ОтветитьBrazilian jiu jitsu?
ОтветитьJapanese is better.
ОтветитьBjj brown belt here. I have to say I’m glad I watched till the end. 🤣

ОтветитьOne of my best friends is a blue belt in BJJ. He is 6-1 and 290 lbs. (big boy) He did BJJ for about 4 years. Was just about to get his purple belt. One day he was "rolling" with a black belt. The black belt put his shin in the rear of my friends knee. Then he pulled his foot to hyper extend my friends knee. Bad injury. Torn ACL, MCL, I don't know but he had several surgery's to fix the damage. He will never be the same but, he can totally destroy 99% of the people on this planet. Was it worth it? He thinks so!!! Me, I ain't gonna mess with him!!! But he is fun to go to the bar with.
ОтветитьCorrect me if I'm wrong but aren't a lot of those take downs, Judo moves and not strickly Jiu Jitsu?
ОтветитьChill your así none of this is truth is Just a joke idiot
ОтветитьYou can't have bjj without the bj
ОтветитьFake and gay clickbait
ОтветитьThe best part was dancing with the Corgi 😊
ОтветитьThe fact that you believe it's a 'superpower' just shows how deluded BJJ cult members are; the fact that any claim of BJJ's ineffectiveness must obviously be a 'joke' just demonstrates how brainwashed you've been by this cult of self-delusion 😂.
ОтветитьMark Zuckerberg skip everything and get belt what he don't deserve.
ОтветитьI was thinking about starting BJJ for a while now. Thru last few days I've been watching videos for newbies nonstop, and this one is the best one so far lol. You got me, and pushed to me finally go try it out.
ОтветитьThe injury thing is true
ОтветитьDude, please take this video down. This was my first impression of the art, and your little joke is not funny in October. The joke might be kinda funny if you were on the inside of the joke, but I was not. I never saw any of your other videos, and now I'm sower to the experience. . I'm sure you didn't mean anything by it, and you were just trying to get a funny ha ha from it. Just something for your consideration. Cheers brother.
ОтветитьNot a joke - reality😂
ОтветитьWeird video. Not sure why you would diss your art. Maybe some truth in there... I am a karate guy, and karate is not perfect, but its not a waste. At least I can fight more than one guy at a time...😂
Ответить3 black belts walk into a bar
27 knife stabs later they were all in one box
Deal with the pain 😊
ОтветитьI'm quitting. Does anyone know a good taekwondo school?
ОтветитьMany a true word spoken in jest.
ОтветитьSame is true for weightlifting / powerlifting. It will eventually drain your nervous system and leave you with erectile dysfunction. Once a week and some cardio is just fine.
ОтветитьWrong... You wasted your life doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. So please correct the title and at least don't waste others life 😂
ОтветитьDo karate definitely not a waste of time
ОтветитьFake martial art! What would you do if sb attack you on the street? Lie down and spread up your legs??????😂😂😂
ОтветитьDo it for health and fitness and thats all 😊❤
ОтветитьThen quit pussy boy
Ответить😂😂😂
ОтветитьThis is why I train normal Ju-Jitsu and not a BJJ. I Train now for 9 years and I'm happy I choose this sport. Im happy that i choose Ju Jitsu over BJJ because in normaln Ju jitsu in tournaments we have "Fighting" where we are first fighting with our fists and legs next we do throws o idk what is it in English (I'm Polish) next we are fighting in groundfloor like we are doing choles or traingles or a lot of other things. I was om the Ju Jitsu World Cup and I dont regret it. So if you have choice, choose normal Ju-Jitsu over BJJ
ОтветитьIts a shame you suck at jiujitsu
ОтветитьHaha watching this with lower back pain after a roll. Much of what you said is true. Many people training bjj live with chronic pain, but they still love the sport.
I don't really care about belt color, I just like the feeling of the struggle against an opponent. It feels very primal. And the feeling of being exhausted and dragging my feet home after training.
wow...if you watched towards the end, you just got Jiu -Jitsu Rick ROLLed.....(and queue crickets chirping)
ОтветитьIf you’re reading this, make sure you watch the whole thing
