Ответитьgreat for connective tissue too. Your tendons and ligaments get larger, and more dense. A lot of people have joint problems and just kindof live with it and they don't have to, but they don't know any better.

ОтветитьI’ve recently found out (from a nurse friend) that women with small/thin frames are more likely to develop osteoporosis. I’m in that category, only 116 Lbs at 43 yrs of age and been thin my entire life . I do resistance training and have toned muscles but she says I’m still gonna get osteoporosis . I hope she’s wrong .
