Tom Clancy’s The Division- The Division's Tactician's Call gear set is not a good set, but if it's all you have then this guide will help you get the absolute most out of it. Utilizing hard math and plenty of testing, this build will push you to upwards of 1 million DPS while sporting over 78k HP and plenty of Firearms to hit your preferred weapon talents.
