ОтветитьI’m 62 and love these workouts! I use 5,3 and 2 pound weights. Shoulders just can’t take 10 pounders. I love the time line on the display as it helps to see time going down. I also like the beeps that tell you you’re almost done that particular exercise. You were recommended to me by a gf and now I recommend you to others! Thank you 🙌

This is my 185th day of consecutive 30 to 45 minute workouts with Fab 50's! Thank you Shelly for providing the videos, motivation, and encouragement that has made me into an exerciser again at age 70. I started this journey to wellness on April 4th and yesterday, Oct 4th, marked 6 months of daily exercise. I began my new regime to combat joint pain in my knees and feet as my ability to walk 2-4 miles a day was now limited on many days due to arthritis and plantar fasciitis. The pain has lessened, I'm more flexible, have less stiffness once I complete my daily work-out routine. I have improved my balance and my outlook is more optimistic. Because the routines are straightforward with no "choreography" I get maximum benefit as I have 2 left feet, I waste not 1 minute of the workout time. I added hand weights to almost all of the routines to give me more control and "strong" arms when doing the exercises.
My husband is thankful my complaining is at an all time low. I 'm pretty sure I have also done all of the exercise routines available and welcome the new ones to come. This has been a godsend. I recommend your exercise program to everyone.
Once I end my love affair with bread, I may even accelerate my weight loss!

Yeah, I did this today whilst sitting on chair. I don't like it when my ankle goes ouch! Looks like it will be my favourite. I did run on the spot for standing ones.

ОтветитьI joined gym and quit several times. I loose hope that I can't be fit. In gym, trainers prefer and teach you when you will opt personal training from them. In background they will alure you with protein boxes and capsule (extremely costly) but this video is very helpful for me. I'm practicing daily and in one week I lost 1 kg weight. My fitness journey is on. I will share my progress in comment. Fitness is blessings ❤❤❤😊

ОтветитьThank you so much! I am 64, exercised and dieted on and off over the years, since I found your regimes I feel motivated and so enthusiastic. Started the weights seriously late August and really noticing the difference, I love the cardio also and was doing that everyday now I do them both! I am learning form as I go and have a little trouble reaching the floor in the stretches but i keep trying! YOU have made a huge difference in my life! THANKYOU🎉
