How delicious 😋...please clarify if margarine or butter needs to be used..some say if butter is used the layers wont open up...secondly you baked qt 150°c but other bakers say puff pastries puff up only if the temperature is 200°c or higher....

Onion
1/2tsp of:
cumin seed
chili crushed
Masala chaat
Corriander
Dried mint
Turmeric 1/8tsp
Salt
Black Pepper 1/4tsp
Green chilli chopped
2 boiled potatoes
Lemon juice
Off heat then add
2tbsp Fresh corriander leaves.
Dough:
3cup APF
1/2 tsp salt
3tbs butter
Ice water little to form
Butter block:
300gr butter
3tbs flour
Rest 25min in fridge
Then Add 4 turns fold
Rest 15mins each turn
folding 3x3
Bake 150°c 35-40min
