Narcissistic personality disorder (npd) together with psychopathy is a frightening mix. As soon as you see or feel a man (or woman) monitoring your movements in an intrusive way, Get Out. That is the true person. The love bombing at the beginning is not the real person, that is the mask. This needs to be taught at the earliest education level possible. They are mentally ill, you cannot change them and it is going to take you to a very dark place. There are some great you tubers on this personality disorder which is a trauma response to their upbringing. They do not love you, they do not love their children. The reason they are monitoring you is because they are cheating on you with absolutely anyone and everyone. They always pick on the nicest people who can be manipulated. I would say to anyone who is trying to leave a controlling or violent partner, do not do it alone. Get your family or friends to move you out when your partner is at work. Take your most important belongings, and ditch the rest. Just get out. Don't tell them you are leaving if they are trying to control every aspect of your life, they will convince you to stay and that they will change, or they could hurt or kill you - I've been there, and no one deserves this treatment from another person. This isn't love.
