This is PITIFUL.Can't remember my PIN# from years ago...Have been trying online, phone calls, etc for 12 days TO NO AVAIL. This is BEYOND FRUSTRATING. REAL PEOPLE HAVE LOST REAL JOBS AND NEED REAL HELP.

Chase bank call center open 24/7 taking calls about balances and overdrafts fees. Here were in the middle of a deadly pandemic, mass financial suffering and our only relief works 9-5 and just added a Sat.

I have an online account with TWC a dozen years ago using an old email address I no longer have access to. When I signed back in for work search last summer, they updated my email address for WORK SEARCH, but retained the old email on TWC BENEFITS site. When my travel business came to a halt due to this Pandemic, I tried to sign on the BENEFITS site, to no avail, since they updated every individual's password 3 years ago (inside source) and it has been impossible to access their phone lines even during the assigned time frame for certain area code. among the hundreds calls I made, the few times it came through (not ringing busy), the automated call screening simply hung up after answering a few questions. Sometimes it said you are calling from an unauthorized area code. I still live at the same address, same phone number, and have the same social security they can verify. Though the WORK SEARCH SITE could update my email address, they are UNABLE to do so for me to access my BENEFITS SITE unless I get through to the incompetent people on that site. These people are criminals for putting productive workers, tax payers through this harrowing time with additional anguish: I pray that God and the Corona virus would do their justice on our behalves!

TWC automatically updated online accounts password every 3 years (inside source), so unless you still have the same email address provided on the existing account : You can't receive their instructions to update your user ID, and regain access online to your BENEFITS! TWC WORK SEARCH SOLUTIONS can update your current valid email with your same social security, address, and phone number, but only the BENEFITS SPECIALISTS could update your EMAIL ADDRESS!? Line kept ringing busy, and if you are lucky to ring through, it would hang up on you after a few automated system questions. THIS IS AN EFFORT TO prevent Residents and Citizens from applying for BENEFITS. MAYBE THE FEDERAL SHOULD KNOW TO DISTRIBUTE OUR TAXES MONEY through more honest people

They said they hired more people and extended the hours but all I get is a busy signal when I call! Come on Texas, We need help now!

This is ridiculous and it still hasn’t been fixed. I have been trying since 4/8/20 and after I enter some of my information it kicks me out and it states Call a TWC Tele-Center. We can best serve you by phone. #(877)915-6400. That’s a damn lie no one has serve me yet. This is a joke for real. It’s a shame how we are being treated it’s really sad.

So in the meantime as of 4/8/20 because that’s how long I have been waiting for TWC to resolve this issue what am I needing to do? WOW this is unbelievable. Lord Jesus help us all right now because this mess is ridiculous and nobody seems to care at all. I’m watching the news every night and it’s the same thing. We recognize the inconvenience this is causing blah blah but do you really recognize.😒

Yep. Me too. Been trying to get through to someone for some time now. Site doesnt work. Multiple numbers listed on the site dont work. I suppose if I go get myseld arrested then the state will feed me. Hope it doesnt come to that

As of this comment, 800-884-6578 is still invalid. When I applied for benefits 3 weeks ago, I did not realize that after filing, I had to click Request Payment. I'll take the blame for it, but if I'm filing for benefits, why in the hell do I have to ask for payment?? I may have to bite the bullet and go to the TWC office downtown. That is also another problem, since there are 3 locations near the Capital building, and another a few blocks away on MLK. Which one do I go to?? If I have to call each one and figure it out, I may never find my way out of this madness.

This is what i did for 5days hours on end. At my computer i kept refreshing and hitting the back button. Once the pages come up i fill them out. Hit next it goes blank hit back button refresh a few times and fill it out again hit send. Hit refresh if the page won't come up. Then the next part of the application will come up you have to keep on it like a crazy person. On the 5th day of doing this it was fully done my husband received his unemployment the following week. I was also praying to Jesus to help it go through its was stressful but it worked out.

The failure to assist Texans should be investigated. Call centers can place people in a queues OR give a callback. The FACT is this is on PURPOSE, so they don't have to pay all the money out. We have available call centers in both Verizon and IBM as well as others that can be contracted to perform call center duties. Ask yourself WHY this hasn't occurred?????????????? It's by design. No government can fail to this magnitude in such a short time. This is all smoke and mirrors. WAKE UP!!! The government is NOT responsible to save or even take care of you.....WOKE.

Where is the building located? I will go there in person and stand in line...........public deserves better....maybe worth a drive to Austin.

I was set to request payment after TWC sent me email with directions. My PIN from before is no longer valid, so I go through the process and was given this number which is not working. 800-884-6578. This is today May 18, 2020. All I need is to reset my pin.

It keeps loging me out soon as I get the page enter pin and and password...it says return to TWC homepage or logon.bssssss

I have been locked out for almost a month now... I have been trying to get a representative on the phone and I can't... Very very frustrating I need help now..
