If anybody is dealing with high hematocrit or red blood cell count then just go donate blood once every 6 weeks. It's a good thing to do a very helpful thing to do and it will take care of your blood thickness.

Buck, they are related to red blood count(RBC). the RBC carries hemoglobin and packed RBC is the hematocrit. The calculations are RBC x 3 gives you hemoglobin level. Hemoglobin x 3 gives you hematocrit. IE: RBC is 5, hemoglobin is 15, Hematocrit is 45.

I been taking trt for about a little over a year. I didn’t notice too much. I get 3 ml a month 200 mg cypionate each bottle. What did you notice? Any increase in muscle mass?

On T for 10 years. I was advised by doctor to take a baby aspirin every day and did for a number of years. Then 2 years ago doctor said don't take any more. It would cause problems. This year I had PE, blood clots on lung. Off testosterone now while I clear out the clots with Eliquis. I have learned fish oil will thin the blood too and eye doctor recommends it for my eyes. Think I will take the baby aspirin again when the Eliquis treatment ends. Not sure when to restart T but I am weak without it. Nurse said be careful with fish oil while on blood thinner. My clots were probably due to long drives and sitting for long periods at my work. And not drinking enough water. What I have learned from my pulmonary embolism. 1. stay hydrated, 2. Stay active every day 3. Make sure your doctor orders CBCs so you and doctor can monitor hematocrit. My doc suggests 55 or lower for me because I live at high elevation. I was 56.2 when I had the PE. For most people below <=50. Ask your doctor your number. Not a doctor but learning what I can. You can't trust doctors to be perfect all the time.
