Ingredients:
Cholam / Jowar - 1/2 cup
Split Green Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves - 1/2 tbsp
A small piece of ginger
Garlic - 6
Coconut Pieces - 4-5
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilies 3-4
Oil - 3 tsp
Bay Leaf - 1
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 2
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafetida - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Beans - 1/4 cup
Spinach / Palak - 1cup
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Salt
*Water - 4 &1/2 cup
Ghee / Clarified Butter - 3tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
A few curry leaves
Asafetida - 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri Chili Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish

* jowar + moong dal : water - 1:4.5 ratio
Cook for 4 whistles
