It’s actually unknown if Andross truly cares about Dash, since he only appears in one game in the Star Fox series, and we don’t know if this game is canon. It might be possible Andross only cares about him because he’s the heir to his royalty. Speaking of his family, he never mentions his nephew, Andrew, in any of his dialogues, who took control of his army after Andross’ death in 64. (Adventure doesn’t count, since 1: Andrew doesn’t appear in this game and 2: a few moments after reviving himself, Andross is defeated, not only by Fox McCloud, by also by Falco Lombardi.)

Man. This has to be updated. Metroid dread has a great villain. Also, Ganondorf is already a badass, but now he is the Demon King.

Man... the DJ Octavio section was a fever dream of misinterpreted information..
Inklings/Octolings were never human, they're a different species evolved to have human traits over thousands of years due to having the seed of humanity's ambition planted in them all those years ago.. And DJ Octavio doesn't brainwash the Octolings with his music, he's a tyrant ruler who controls his people through restricting information... He's basically North Korea...

Also other villains from the Splatoon series...
Deep Cut: Self-confessed bandits, looters trying to scavenge old artifacts for money. Although not really villainous as they are doing it to help develop their local area.

Mr Grizz: Cryogenically frozen from human times, a bear who's looking to reinstate mammals as the dominant race through transforming the current species into his image. Also almost murdered Cpt. Cuttlefish via lobotomy.

Comander Tartar: A robot built by a human scientist all those years ago, tasked with the duty of archiving and spreading Humanty's knowledge to whichever new dominant species should evolve after humanty died out... Over the years however decided that it was his role to judge any potential new dominant species, and only assist any he deemed worthy of humanty's knowledge. Chemically treats Octoling refugees into mindless zombies in a process known as Sanitation. Actively tries to commit genocide against the Inklings and Octolings by spreading an apocalyptic acid rain to wipe them out.. and it's implied that Inklings weren't the first upcoming new dominant species after humans, just Tartar was successful in wiping them out.

Honestly.. Comander Tartar is up there in the running for most evil Nintendo villain in general..
