It's the Most Abundant amino Acid in Breast milk.......Think about the Trauma the baby's brain went through during birth. Taurine is in Breast milk to make sure he or she is NOT mentally defective from that Trauma.

Taurine gives me nightmares. Not the ridiculous ones, but the ones that seem very feasible. Like, you'll be someplace that you've definitely been to before and everything's great. Then, little by little, it all starts to turn bad. Say, the police show up and they're looking for you, but they don't see you, and you're watching it all transpire while trying to make your escape... If I take too much taurine, I have dreams like this continuously until I get up and just give up on sleeping.

Really bad misleading heading…Taurine is not dangerous, it’s the other ingredients in energy drinks that also contain taurine that are dangerous

Here we are folks! The Dangers of Taurine without an explanation of the specific dangers it imposes. This was nothing more than word salad. No matter what you consume, there are other consumables that conflict with each other. Some harmless, and some very harmful. That is all that is being said here. Nothing more. No mention of dosage used, no specific studies with results. Nothing! WOW! I am not amused with this segment at all. And to think this channel has at this time 906k subscribers. I guess it doesn't take much to amuse some people. Nothing to write home about people. Get your Taurine info elsewhere.

Taurine is synthetic in energy drinks. Obviously avoid synthetic lab food. But taurine and glycine are important in producing bile. Which helps eliminate LDL cholesterol from the body and also helps with producing vitamin D receptors and T receptors in the gut. Also helps stimulate brain nerve growth. Eat your meat people

Neurologists are vehemently opposed to the use of Taurine or L-Taurine by patients in their care, and they adamantly insist that Taurine is nasty stuff. They tell us that this natural amino acid👏🏿causes agitation, 👏🏿heightens anxiety, and that it's guaranteed to exacerbate manic symptoms 👏🏿in psychiatric patients. 🤡

Thank you, Dr. Marquette, for your clarity and lucid explanation of how this works. You've arrived at a logical conclusion: Taurine in energy drinks is not harmful because of Taurine itself, but rather because of the admixture with other terrible, unknown quantities, not to mention: 🍻the consumers of energy drinks 🍻 enjoy mixing them with alcoholic beverages, 🍻or they are drunk as a "sports drink" and exercise vigorously.

Energy drinks are sugar water, infused with CO2 and laced with "liquid crack". Cheap and low-effort, these appeal greatly to addicts, the poor and vulnerable, marginalised populations such as Native American, 🪶mentally ill, 🤡and low-income tenants, 💸more so than yacht owners, girlbosses, or suburban white-collar workers (well, many of them drink Red Bull! It's supposed to "give you wiiings" right?) ☠

After contemplating the neurologists' "common wisdom" I doubled up my supplementation. I've procured bottles of 500mg Taurine capsules, rather than the 1000mg, so as to ingest manageable servings each day.

I'm confident that my body and mind will benefit in the long-term! 💊💊💊⛔🤐
